Bodegas Roandi is the winery of the Moral family, which has been pas­sio­na­te­ly pro­du­cing wine for four gene­ra­ti­ons. The 40-hectare winery is located in nor­thwe­stern Spain, in the D.O. Val­de­or­ras, a beau­tiful region with rocky, red-earth soil where the Romans once mined gold. The Moral family is dedi­ca­ted and pas­sio­na­te about wine­ma­king, and you can feel it in every sip of our unique wines.

Our winery is located on the «Rio Sil», whose banks and tri­bu­t­a­ries are an optimal base for obtai­ning our wines. But Bodegas Roandi is more than just a winery — it is an expe­ri­ence that you can enjoy fol­lo­wing the foots­teps of the Way of Saint James, a path of cul­tu­ral and tourist importance that passes direct­ly by our winery.

Galicia, the region where we are located, is for­ma­ti­ve for the wines we produce. The vast forests and high moun­tain ranges that cut off Galicia from the rest of Spain provide a special climate, cha­rac­te­ri­zed by mild winters and mode­ra­te summer tem­pe­ra­tures. Our viney­ards are unique in Spain due to the unique terroir and special climate.

Since 2008 we are a proud member of the D.O.. Val­de­or­ras and have suc­cessful­ly laun­ched our first vintage in 2009. Our focus is on careful work in the viney­ard and gentle pro­ces­sing of the grapes in the winery. The result is high quality wines that reflect our passion for wine­ma­king.
