Selection of our vines over 10 years old, harvested by hand at the optimum time of ripening and coming from Pedrosa de Duero. Maceration in stainless steel tanks for 8 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 25 to 28 degrees. Aged for 3 months in American oak and 3 months in bottle.
On the nose floral notes, ripe wild berries with hints of vanilla and licorice. The palate is round, structured and persistent. As a whole it is complex and harmonious.
