Selection of the best old vines belonging to four or five vineyards over 50 years old. Maceration in stainless steel stainless steel tanks for 8 to 10 days, kept at a controlled temperature of 25 to 28 degrees. Aged for 9 months in French oak and 3 months in bottle.
Intense garnet red color with intense robe. Balanced aromas of fruit, spices and balsamic. Ample in the mouth with very good structure and intensity.
