The gentle maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature give it its distinctive character. Pleasant raspberry color with pink nuances, clear and shiny. Intense aromas of red fruits such as blackcurrants, cherries, strawberries, or raspberries. Floral memories of roses. In the mouth, it is soft, fresh, and balanced.
