Brinde is the first sparkling wine from D.O. Valdeorras and is considered a pioneer of Galician sparkling wines. Made with the traditional Champenoise method, this brut impresses with its fine foam and delicate bubbles. Made from the noble Godello grape variety, the wine is aged for 9 months in a natural cellar at a constant temperature of 11 °C while being shielded from light. Its moderate acidity gives it a harmonious and delicate structure, while the fine bubbles in the mouth remain and emphasize the fine flavor. Ideal as an accompaniment to celebrations and special occasions or simply to celebrate and enjoy life.
Complexity and strength in the mouth define this clear and shiny sparkling wine with a golden yellow color. Very intense, with notes of white fruits and herbs underscored by bakery aromas. Apples and ripe peaches, typical of the Godello grape variety, are very present. In the mouth, medium-sized and rich bubbles combine with a strong fruit flavor. The result is a strong, tasty, and persistent sparkling wine.
